This rally is open to all Bushwhacker owners! Whether you have a 10HD, FreeSolo, Plus, 12ROK, or any other Bushwhacker, you are welcome!
We also excited to invite owners of other small trailers under 20’ in length.

The rally is pet-friendly and welcomes well-behaved, friendly animals! However, the venue does have restrictions on aggressive dogs or those with a history of biting. The property owner requests that all dogs remain on leash unless they are completely reliable under voice command.

Hi! The hosts of this rally are Kayla & Mark Bluhm + Crystal & Jake Matocha. Both couples are Oregon natives and are excited to meet you at the next West Coast Rally!

The current cost is $100/rig, which covers all three nights.
Costs are subject to change based on reservation fees and other expenses to run the rally.
The intention of this rally is not for profit, so we will always try to keep registration fees as low as possible and charge just enough to cover event and ongoing rally costs. Some things registration fees help cover are:

You’re welcome to register for all or some of the nights, but we are unable to pro-rate to a nightly cost at this time. This means the event cost will be the same whether you stay for one or all nights.

Historically, our rallies have been held at a favorite private site near Coos Bay, Oregon. Our community loves the privacy and setup there so much that they’ve voted to return year after year! Looking ahead, we’re excited to grow—we plan to add more rallies to the calendar and explore new, scenic destinations across the West Coast together.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event. For the 2026 Rally, the refund deadline is August 11, 2026. This window allows us to manage reservations and pre-paid activities effectively. For cancellations after this date, we cannot guarantee a refund; however, if you need to cancel within the 30-day window, please contact us via the form below. We aren't here to make a profit and will do our best to help you whenever possible. Thank you for your understand!
